MTA is a 501(c) (3) non-profit incorporated in 2016. Our EIN is 81-3475523

MTA helps people with disabilities and families, along with organizations serving them.

I NEED HELP. HOW DO I REQUEST ASSISTANCE FROM MTA?

Thanks for reaching out. We tried to make the process as easy as possible. Just send us an email and attachments with the following information:

  • Name of individual or organization

  • Number of people in need of assistance

  • 100 word description of assistance requested

  • Previous efforts to obtain assistance or coverage and result

  • Other information for consideration

WHAT HOURS DOES MTA WORK?

We're in the Pacific time zone and available from 9 AM until 6 PM every week day.
